About LGMD. My CASE.
I'm now using a Lofstrand crutch when I walk around. (But not using at home) I can't stand up without anything I can hold. I can walk only about 10-20 meters without break. I'm using power chair at my office. Now good at breathing. I have my bodycheck once a year now.
